Telshare is a transparent, global discovery platform where businesses build a page and get found, and where people discover verified businesses, products and services through honest search — with clearly-labeled monetization and no hidden ranking.

For businesses, it's a place to publish a professional page (products, services, vehicles, real estate, food, hospitality, portfolios and more) and grow with built-in Boost, transparent promotions, leads, analytics and a light CRM. For visitors, it's a fast, trustworthy way to search and discover those businesses and what they offer — in your own country, currency and language.

Anyone, anywhere. Small shops, service providers, restaurants, agents, creators and large brands can all publish. Customers worldwide use Telshare to find verified businesses and exactly what they sell.

Transparency. Ranking is openly published (relevance, engagement, trust, recency) with no hidden weights. The only way to buy visibility is a clearly-labeled, capped “Sponsored” slot in search — never on the homepage — and you can never buy a better organic rank.

No. Telshare is discovery, not a marketplace. We connect you to a business and step aside — we don't process the payment or sit in the middle of the sale, so there's no hidden commission and no conflict of interest.

Yes — discovering businesses is free, and publishing a page is free. Optional paid extras (like promotions, leads, add-ons or storage) are always clearly labeled and never required to be found.

Telshare is built for GDPR, CCPA and similar laws. We never sell your personal data, and you can export or delete it at any time — processed immediately. Where businesses reach out to you (for example, offers), it is consent-based and you can opt out anytime.

Telshare is global by design — multi-country, multi-currency and multi-language — so businesses and customers around the world use it on the same transparent terms.

On the homepage choose “Create an account.” You can sign up three ways — with an email address (a business-domain email or a free one both work), a phone number, or a username/User ID. Add your name, set a password, pick your country/region, then accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We verify you (email/SMS code) and you’re in. Sign-up is free; promotions are the only paid feature and are always optional.

Open Telshare Studio → “Create a page,” pick a type (product, service, vehicle, real estate, etc.), then add your details, photos/video, hours, location and links. Preview the live page, then Publish. Once published it’s indexed for homepage discovery and search — no ad spend required to be found.

From the homepage, search or browse the discovery sections (Featured, Trending, Rising). Open any page to see details, then tap Follow to get that business’s updates in your Telshare Dashboard. You can also save pages and message businesses directly.

Use the Sign in option with your email/phone/username and password. Tick “Remember me on this device” to stay signed in on a trusted device, or leave it off for a single session. Multi-factor authentication (authenticator app, SMS, or hardware key) can be enabled in Security.

Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. For your security we email a one-time code to confirm it’s really you before you set a new password; if you have security questions enabled you’ll answer those first. Codes are single-use and expire shortly. An admin can also issue a reset from the Console.

Go to Security → Authentication. Updating either your password or your User ID sends a one-time code to your email to confirm the change — so no one can alter your credentials without access to your inbox.

Under Security → Devices & sessions you can see every device signed into your account, sign out an individual device, or “Sign out of all other devices” in one tap if something looks wrong.

When your account is used from a new device or location, Telshare emails the account owner to confirm or deny the login before access is granted. You can toggle this in Security; super admins also see pending approvals in the Console.

Telshare ranking is transparent — results are ordered by a published mix of relevance, engagement, trust and recency. There is no hidden ranking. You can see why a result appears, and the weighting is configurable by Telshare (shown openly), never sold.

A Sponsored result is a clearly-labeled, capped paid placement that appears only in search — never on the homepage discovery sections. It’s Telshare’s single, transparent monetization. Promotions never change organic ranking.

Use the region/language selector (top-right on the homepage and in the Search filters). Results, currency and relevance adapt to your country and language. You can broaden to national or global at any time.

From the Search page you can refine with filters (type, rating, price, region) and keep useful results. Saved items and followed businesses appear in your Telshare Dashboard.

In Telshare Studio → Promotions, pick a page and a reach — local, regional, national or global — at a published per-day rate. You’ll see the exact cost before confirming. Promotions are labeled “Sponsored” in search and can be paused or stopped anytime.

Promotions use a transparent formula: a base per-day rate × a reach multiplier (local ×1, regional ×1.8, national ×3, global ×6). No auctions, no hidden fees — the published rate is what you pay.

Open Studio → Billing to view spend, download invoices/receipts, and manage your subscription, add-ons and storage. Billing and tax records are retained as required by law. Usage and leads are summarized in Studio analytics by region.

Every page and search result has a ⚑ Report button. Reports route to Telshare Trust & Safety for review; you’ll be notified of the outcome, and creators receive a clear, lawful compliance notice if action is taken. You can also use “Report a problem” in the footer.

Verify a business before sharing personal or payment details, never share your password or one-time codes with anyone, and keep conversations on Telshare. If something feels off, report it. Telshare never asks for your password.

Businesses can display Community Guidelines on their published pages to keep visitors safe. Across Telshare we expect respectful, honest, lawful behavior — no spam, scams, hate speech, harassment or illegal content.

A verification badge indicates a business has completed identity/eligibility checks. Verification is optional but builds trust with customers; manage it in Studio → Security & verification.

Go to Settings → Privacy and choose “Download my data.” You’ll receive an export of the information associated with your account, in line with GDPR access and CCPA rights.

Under Settings → Privacy you can request deletion/erasure of your data or close your account. We process the request across our services and confirm when complete, keeping only what law requires (e.g. billing records).

Use “Your privacy choices” (cookie banner) to Accept all or Decline all non-essential cookies, or fine-tune categories. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and never sell personal data.

In your Dashboard you can adjust sponsored-ad preferences and opt in/out of marketing messages and newsletters at any time; reminders and comms respect these choices.

When you’re signed in, Telshare tailors your homepage — personalized headings and “Recommended for you” — from your own searches, browsing and interests, blended with featured pages and business listings. It refreshes as your interests change. Signed out, you instead see trending, popular, featured and editor-picked content.

Each section and listing shows how many people viewed it (for example “25,436 Views”). When enabled you may also see a live “N viewing now” count. An administrator can turn the live count off to reduce load — the total views still show.

Yes — an administrator can set a site-wide homepage theme (colour & type) and layout (hero alignment, columns, card style, density) from the Console. Signed-in visitors can still personalize their own look unless an admin has enforced one.

Yes — Telshare is fully responsive and adapts to desktop, laptop, tablet and any phone (including notched devices), with touch-friendly navigation.

Studio is where businesses, creators and organizations create and manage pages, run promotions, track leads, usage and analytics by region, manage team roles, FAQs, resources and security. It’s the account owner’s home base.

Yes — with a Buy Button. Become a Trusted Seller (verify your profile, email, phone and badge, publish a page and accept the Commerce Policy), then on a paid plan connect your own Stripe or PayPal. Payments go directly to you — Telshare never sits in the transaction, takes no cut and holds no funds. Open to businesses, freelancers, creators and organizations.

Rich pages with galleries and configurable products, plus dropdown navigation menus, a central Image Library you upload once and reuse across every page, promo banners for sales and announcements, and members-only or password-protected access. Build, edit and publish from phone, tablet or desktop.

Yes — every page, file and image is served over HTTPS with automatic SSL, custom domains included. Visitor contact is routed through Telshare (Message Center, CRM and support), not raw email, so threads stay tracked and emails stay private.

Telshare complies with GDPR and CCPA/CPRA — access, export, correct and erase your data, and opt out of sale or sharing. We operate under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international transfers, secure all pages, files and traffic with HTTPS/SSL, and never sell your personal information.

Telshare search covers only Telshare pages — secure and focused, not the open web. It learns from what people search (and from promotions, Boost and leads) to return more accurate results over time, with transparent ranking and clearly labeled promotions. Search demand is shown to businesses so they can serve what people are actually looking for.

Yes — every Telshare account (business or visitor) has a unique account ID used for support, tracking and personalized offers across Telshare. Businesses also get proactive alerts when storage runs low, and an occasional gentle reminder about plan options.

Telshare pages (home, search and your dashboard) always carry Telshare branding so you know you are on Telshare. The pages businesses create show their own logo, which they can place left, center or right and fine-tune step by step.

Almost any. Telshare supports five page types — physical product, digital product, service, real estate and event — across 20 standard industries with detailed categories and sub-categories, so businesses worldwide can list and be found accurately. Businesses can also send and schedule newsletters to their subscribers.

Often yes. Telshare can draft complete answers from the business Guide, FAQ and Support Hub for incoming messages, support tickets and contact forms — sent automatically or after a quick review by the team — so you get accurate, fast replies tracked in your dashboard.

For Telshare plans and add-ons, the correct sales tax, VAT or GST for your state or country is calculated and collected automatically at checkout by the payment gateway tax API (for example Stripe Tax) — rates differ by jurisdiction, so it is never a manual rate. For sales you make through a Buy Button, tax is yours to handle via your own gateway — Telshare is never the merchant.

Your Dashboard collects the businesses you follow and message, your saved pages, notifications and announcements, plus privacy, security and activity controls — all in one place.

The Console is the super-admin control plane: users, moderation, analytics, promotions, content, labels, banners, newsletters, security, device approvals, compliance and configuration. Most people won’t use it, but it governs the platform transparently.
