Let buyers send price offers or request custom quotes instead of only Buy / Contact / Book. It is opt-in per page — recommended ON for property, services, events and high-ticket goods; OFF for fixed-price retail, digital and subscriptions.

• Open Negotiations in the sidebar and turn the engine on.
• Choose where it applies: all listings, selected listings, or custom quotations only.
• Set optional minimum acceptable offer, auto-expiry, and notification channels (in-app, email, push).
• A Negotiate button then appears next to Buy / Contact / Book / Request Quote wherever you enabled it.
• Each offer opens a threaded conversation — message, counter, accept or decline — and shows in your Dashboard, Notifications and Message Center.

Telshare is a transparent, global discovery platform. You build a professional page for what you offer — products, services, vehicles, real estate, food, hospitality, a portfolio and more — and Telshare indexes it so customers worldwide can find you through honest search and curated discovery.

• You’re judged on merit, not ad budget. Ranking is openly published — relevance, engagement, trust and recency — with no hidden weights. The only way to buy visibility is a clearly-labeled, capped “Sponsored” slot in search; you can never buy a homepage slot or a better organic rank.
• Telshare never sits in your transaction. It connects customers to you and steps aside — no payment processing, no middleman, no hidden cut. You deal with your customers directly.
• Free to publish, global from day one. Creating and publishing a page is free; optional paid extras (promotions, leads, add-ons or storage) are always clearly labeled. Multi-country, multi-currency and multi-language.
• Privacy by design. GDPR/CCPA-ready; you and your customers control your data, and any outreach to people is consent-based.

1. Open Workspace → Profile and fill your profile essentials — name, email, phone and country (marked Required to publish).
2. Separately, complete your full profile (address, about, logo, category) and verify phone/email (or domain email) to earn the ✔ Verified badge. The badge is optional for publishing but boosts trust and search ranking — essentials gate publishing; the full profile earns the badge.
3. Run several brands? Add more than one business and switch the active one in the top bar; each gets its own Profile.

Growth is transparent and either earned (free) or bought through one clearly-labeled system.

• Sponsored Listings is your paid-visibility engine — the transparent way to buy reach across discovery surfaces (search, categories, featured, trending, related), with per-placement budgets, targeting, relevance ranking, frequency caps and analytics. Placements are clearly labeled Sponsored, capped, and never replace better-matching organic results. No auctions, no hidden pricing; everything is recorded in the activity log and Billing.
• Featured Listings can be earned automatically when a page qualifies (published, positive activity, 4–5 stars, verified, no major reports) or bought as a premium placement slot through Sponsored Listings.
• Ranking & Transparency shows exactly how visibility is calculated across three layers — Organic (Relevance, Engagement, Trust, Recency), Boosted (the paid ranking lift) and Featured (premium placement) — with a per-page score breakdown and history. Nothing is hidden.
• Homepage Discovery (free) is the organic homepage. You can’t buy a homepage slot, but you can choose which organic sections (Featured, Trending, Rising, Verified, Top Rated, Editor’s Picks) your page participates in, and see your eligibility for each.
• Leads are the engagement outcomes of your visibility — enquiries, messages and contact actions from people who found you through organic ranking, a Boost or Featured placement. They are results to act on, not something you buy.

• Contacts flow in automatically from your leads, messages, inquiries and followers — click Import from leads & messages to pull the latest.
• Move each contact through the pipeline (New → Contacted → Qualified → Won / Lost), set a follow-up date, add tags, and log notes — every change is timestamped in the contact's history.
• The top cards show how many contacts are in each stage; click one to filter, or search by name, page or tag.
• Export CSV any time to import into your existing CRM — Telshare helps you manage and follow up, and never sits in the transaction.

When you buy a Promotion in the Studio, your page can appear in a clearly-labeled “Sponsored” strip at the top of relevant search results. Visitors can see why (a transparency explainer), filter sponsored ads by industry or brand, or turn it off entirely from their dashboard — so promotions reach interested buyers without harming trust.

Open View plans & storage pricing to compare plans. Pricing is flat — each plan shows a regular price and an offer price, monthly or yearly. Plans differ by business listings, locations, included leads/month, storage, shared-access seats, search visibility and analytics (see the next section). Need more capacity? Add à‑la‑carte add-ons (extra listings, locations, inventory or seats) or buy storage packs (billed monthly, refundable within 7 days). Everything you store — media and blogs — counts toward your storage limit.

Use About, Careers & News to tell your story, post roles and publish updates. Add help articles in Customer Resources, and write Optimize-friendly articles in Blogs.

In Team & Permissions, invite members, assign roles, and use the permission matrix to control what each role can access across the Studio.

Shared Access (Unlimited plan) is separate: it lets you invite up to 5 external collaborators to build pages inside your account without buying separate subscriptions. Team & Permissions decides what each person can do; Shared Access is the plan entitlement that lets outside people work on your account — each shared seat still gets a role. All image uploads across the Studio must be business content you own or are licensed to use — no personal photos of identifiable people without consent, and never images of minors.

The Message Center has Inbox, System inbox, Sent, Drafts, Promotions, Spam and Trash, with search, spam controls and auto-delete retention. Notifications can be filtered, searched, marked read, deleted and set to expire.

Billing & Payments records every purchase — subscriptions, invoices, transactions and refunds. Plans bought directly from Telshare and storage are refundable within 7 days; reseller purchases, Leads and Promotions are non-refundable.

• Legal — edit your Terms and Privacy (shown on your pages), accept Telshare's platform Terms & Privacy, and toggle GDPR/CCPA compliance.
• Security — set a strong password, enable 3-factor authentication, generate recovery codes, review devices, and manage GDPR/CCPA data rights.
• Settings — language, country, page visibility, data-retention windows, activity-confirmation preferences (Message Center / email) and the feature on/off switches.

• Page Support — support tickets between you and your visitors, each with a status (Open, Pending, Processing, Completed, Resolved, Closed) you can filter and update.
• Page FAQ — the customer FAQ shown on your pages, kept separate from tickets.

In Settings you have full control of your data: export it (GDPR Art. 20), delete it by category, delete everything, or close your account — verified by you first, then processed promptly within the legal response window (GDPR Art. 12/17). Every change is confirmed in Notifications, and you can also receive a Message Center message (default) and/or an email.

Open Privacy & Data → Your data requests (DSAR) to submit and track access, export, correction, restriction or deletion requests (Submitted → Processing → Completed). Manage cookies anytime from the cookie banner — Accept all, Reject non-essential, or set Analytics/Marketing preferences.

Open View plans & storage pricing from the Activity tab. Every plan includes Contacts, blogs, lists and feedback, and a verified badge when earned.

• One clear price. Each plan shows a single, honest price. Discounts apply only through a reseller or a valid promo code, and are always shown before you pay.
• Per-plan limits. Business listings (1 / 3 / 10 / Unlimited), locations (1 / 2 / 5 / Unlimited), included leads/month (0 / 100 / 500 / 2,000), storage (2 / 10 / 50 / 200 GB) and shared-access users (1 / 2 / 3 / 5). Plus analytics depth, tiered support, and a per-plan Optimize allowance (1 / 5 / 15 / Unlimited).
• Support tiers (by plan). Free & Starter — Standard Support; Growth — High-Priority Support; Business — Priority Queue Support. There are no ticket caps — tiers differ by response target, priority and channels (self-serve & email everywhere, Message Center from Starter, priority queue on Growth, dedicated manager on Business). The plan card "i" tooltip and the Support-by-plan table show each tier’s response target, priority and channels.
• Shared Access. Starter up to 2 users, Growth up to 3, Business up to 5 — outside people build in your account without their own subscription (role set in Team & Permissions). Need more? Add extra shared-access seats.
• Optimize is plan-based. Free up to your plan's limit, then a small per-optimization fee. Storage counts everything you store — media, page content, banners and blogs.
• Refunds. Plans from Telshare and storage are refundable within the set window (7 days by default); Leads, Promotions and reseller purchases are non-refundable.

All names, prices, limits and inclusions are configured by Telshare and can change per plan.

On Plans, Storage, Leads and Sponsored Ads you can choose Pay Telshare directly or Through a reseller. With a reseller selected, the reseller buttons appear (e.g. save 25%) and Telshare's promo-code / voucher field turns off — discounts never stack. Reseller purchases are one-time/prepaid and non-refundable. If Telshare turns the reseller program off, all reseller options disappear everywhere.

Telshare stores no card details at all — every payment is processed, and any saved card is stored, solely by the PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. Card entry happens on the provider's secure form, never in Telshare. Apply Telshare promo codes (e.g. WELCOME20) when paying Telshare directly.

Open Commerce to accept payments on your pages. Telshare keeps the marketplace safe with two independent gates:

• Trust gate — Trusted Seller. Complete the readiness checklist: profile complete, email & phone verified, verified badge, and accept the Commerce Policy. Open to businesses, freelancers, creators and organizations.
• Plan gate. The Buy Button turns on from Starter up. On Free you can become fully Commerce-ready, then upgrade to switch selling on.
• Connect your own processor. Stripe or PayPal — money flows directly to you. Telshare never sits in the transaction, takes no cut and holds no funds.
• Verified Business bonus (optional). A verified matching business email raises trust, ranking, lead confidence and review priority.
• Safety. Selling can be paused automatically if the badge is lost, chargebacks exceed limits or fraud is reported — always with an appeal and restore path. Your exact trust score is held by Telshare.

Stripe checkout now processes real payments, end to end — not a simulation:

• Connect your Stripe account. Open Payment methods, enable Stripe and enter your account/merchant ID and mode. Your live Stripe secret key is registered separately, server-side — it is never entered here or stored in the browser.
• What buyers see. Choosing Stripe at checkout redirects them to a real, secure Stripe-hosted payment page — the checkout screen tells them plainly this is live, not a reference flow.
• Confirmed automatically. Once Stripe confirms the payment, the order is created and shown in your Commerce orders — Telshare never holds the funds; they settle directly to your connected Stripe account.
• Other providers. PayPal, bKash and custom gateways still show at checkout as a reference flow until connected the same way — you'll see which is which before it affects a real sale.

• Image Library. One library for all your images; upload once, reuse across your account with no extra storage. Open from the sidebar.
• Security (SSL). Every file and image is served over HTTPS with automatic SSL.
• Any device. Build, edit, design, publish, manage and message from phone, tablet or desktop.

• Scoped & secure. Telshare search covers only Telshare pages — never the open web. Queries are private to Telshare, encrypted, and never sold.
• Gets smarter. Every search teaches the system; results cache for speed and rank more accurately the more they are used. Promotions, Boost, leads and Contacts activity all feed the intelligence.
• Transparent ranking. Relevance, engagement, trust, recency, a learning signal and a small labeled promotion factor — tuned in the Console, never a black box.
• Search Demand (your Studio). See what people search that matches you, then Promote, run Optimize or target Leads in one tap — and capture them in Contacts. Real demand becomes marketing.

• Account ID. Your account has a unique ID (top bar). It identifies you across support, billing, offers and the Console — and is used when Telshare sends you a personal promo code.
• Storage alerts. Near your plan storage limit, Telshare alerts your Notifications, Message Center and email so you can add a pack or move up a plan before uploads stop.
• Plan reminders. An occasional, no-pressure nudge about the next plan up if it suits you — never changes your plan, and Telshare admins can switch it off in the Console.

• Five page types. Physical product, Digital product (downloads, courses, software, subscriptions), Services, Real-estate and Event (tickets, RSVPs, experiences) — covering the global market.
• Standard categories. 20 industries with detailed categories and sub-categories (matched across the Studio and search), so customers find you accurately. Vehicles, food, hospitality, portfolios and non-profits are covered here rather than as separate page types.
